Collaborative Notes using Notion

One of the greatest strengths of the Notion platform (and there are many) is it’s ability to bring people together to work on common content and ideas. That said, we’ve created a free template for holding collaborative meetings using Notion for your use.

The idea is simple but elegant. By using the database structures in Notion combined with page templates, you’re able to spin up a collaboration page for a working session with a couple of clicks and then share it to the contributors for use in real time. This isn’t another meeting minutes template: the intention here is for everyone contributing to use the page at the same time so they can see each others contributions and add their own.

At the end of the session you can also record any action items that come from the discussions as well as have a record as to who suggested what. If you make the session available to non-participants afterwards, they can still add their comments to continue the collaboration process.

Let us know in the comments below if you find this template helpful and are interested in more.
